Despatch

All goods in stock are despatched within five working days of receiving your order. Please email Shareskills first if you want to check stock levels or if you are placing a large order and want advice on delivery times. A charge will be added to some UK orders to cover post and packing.
All BPP Learning media orders under £250 attract a P&P charge of £7.50 +VAT.
Leading Teams by David Pardey attracts a P&P charge of £1.00
Overseas orders will attract variable P&P charges – please contact us for an estimate.
If you are ordering items with different availabilities you can choose to have one delivery when your order is complete, or have items delivered as they are available. If you choose the second option there may be a delivery charge for each part of your order.
If goods are to be sent to a third-party address, there may be an extra cost per address. Please state clearly which is the invoice address and which is the delivery address.
Terms of payment
Please note that all products remain the property of Shareskills Multimedia Ltd until payment has been received.
For individuals and non account holders
Payment can be made by debit or credit card at the time of ordering by selecting PayPal at the Checkout. You will then have the choice of paying by debit/credit card or by using PayPal if you have an account with them – PayPal payments should be sent to sales@shareskills-multimedia.co.uk.
For account holders
Payment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice. Late payment of invoices means that any discount will be forfeited.

Discounts
The prices quoted on our website include a discount for cash or credit/debit card payment with order or ; for approved account holders; payment within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Otherwise list price stated will apply.
