Following 20 years experience as an Operational Manager, Simon has specialised in Management and Personal Development at operational levels in both the Public and Commercial Sectors. In association with several approved ILM centres, Simon has developed considerable expertise in designing and delivering a wide range of training material, either as stand-alone modules or as part of wider learning programmes. He currently delivers a range of ILM Team Leading/ First Line / Middle/ Senior Manager programmes through both workshops and blended learning. Over the years, Simon has developed tried and tested slides and handouts to support the delivery of programmes.
