Get it Right - Team Leading

This booklet is intended to be an aide to those of you either setting out as Team Leaders for the first time or who are already in the role of team leader and wish to develop their leadership abilities.

Team Leaders, are typically people who work closely with their fellow team members, but have some responsibility for planning of the teams day to day activities.

Leading Teams by David Pardey has proven to be very useful resource over the past few years, particularly as a support for ILM Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading programmes, however is out of print until further notice.

JODA Training has delivered a range of ILM programmes over the past decade in partnership with ILM centres and the content of the book draws together the materials developed and issued to candidates studying on the Level 2 Award and certificate in Team Leading.

The booklet does not cover the content of all the ILM units but does cover the most popular units and as such should provide you with a sound background to team leadership.
